As part of Handcraft's devotion to customer satisfaction, we provide service to our clients like few remodelers. This steadfast guidance begins at estimating the remodel and carries through the entire project, through the completion, with a comprehensive warranty throughout one full year and a lifetime structural warranty.

Upon an initial meeting to discuss the desired specifications and design of the remodel the client is furnished with an estimate for the construction. 

We ask that, after the client reviews the estimate, we meet again to discuss the contents to be sure that everything is clear and accurate. We then can rework the estimate to provide for whatever the client would like to add or possibly eliminate in order to meet his/her needs, wants, and budget requirements. This process will take several visits.

After finalizing the estimate, Handcraft then proceeds to the drafting of plans, initiating a contract, setting up a payment schedule, and determining the approximate start and completion dates.

 All of us are aware that too often the process of remodeling your  home gets the bad rap of being a difficult experience. We at Handcraft strive to prove that to be a myth, and take pleasure in proving to you how enjoyable remodeling your home can and should be. Handcraft Homes is certified by the EPA for lead safe work practices to work on homes built before 1978. Federal law mandates that a contractor be EPA certified to work on the homes built before 1978. Heavy fines can be imposed on a contractor that is not certified to meet the mandates by the EPA.
